Middle School
"I think that there is something very important and it is that I remember when I was a student how the whole structure worked from adults. But, I try to focus on boys and girls. I put my students first and try to understand that they don’t have the same abilities as an adult. Even though I sometimes wish their minds would work like an adult’s, it isn't that way. So I adjust my teaching to the abilities of each one of my students, and I try to help them create skills that are needed for the future."

"I try my best. I try to guide myself in a direction to teach my students and try to think of what they need. Because no two classes are the same or no two students are the same, so I think you have to tailor it to do what’s best for them. ​"
