What is it?

You Matter is a club created by Miranda Errico from 6A. It is for students at Blue Valley who are having trouble. For example, their friend is bullying them, they feel left out, or they just need to talk to somebody.

 

When will we meet?

You Matter meets every Thursday during snack. You can leave a note in a box labeled You Matter at the front desk in the admin building. On the note you will write your problem and then you will discuss it with a group of people.

 

        Miranda’s personality is sweet. She puts others first and is great at keeping secrets. If you can trust anyone, it’s Miranda. If you don’t know her this is what she looks like: 

 

 What will we do in this club?

 

“We will talk about bullying and self confidence during these meetings.” -Miranda Errico.

 

At the end of every club meeting, you will get a piece of paper and write something that you want to talk about next time(If you want to come back). It can be anonymous, or you can put your name, it’s up to you. Miranda will read the notes, and will try to talk about the subjects you put into the box. As we said before no one will know you wrote it if you didn’t write your name, and  if you did only Miranda will know. This club is not mandatory, just for people who want to come.

 

You can share anything at this club, and no one will judge you.
